I have been working as a consultant and project manager for ten years, starting out in the world of webdesign and communications, passing through strategic communications and finally finding myself most at home in the area of process consulting and HR. My hopes for the RFG: This is my second time at the RFG and although I don’t work much within software development, I find that the agile ideas and methods are equally relevant in any kind of organisation. I look forward to gaining new insight and inspiration.

I am currently very interested in using methods from discursive psychology and conversation analysis in facilitation, to help understand what happens in group interaction. I hope to do a session on this at the gathering.

I am currently on maternity leave with Felix who is 6 months in May and will join the gathering with me. My participation will therefore be somewhat on his terms ☺.
